Summary
Due to medical progress, natural selection is no longer regulating the growth of the human population. Today, men can dramatically influence the population figures of their counties by social and political decisions. Relying on high birth rates Fascistic ideologies try to selectively increase the number of their followers. Thus, all over the world, there are over populated countries, which show a strong tendency for expansion. Here, the unemployed youth bulge can easily be indoctrinated to participate in wars including even suicide. In the 20th century the first representatives of a birth war were the fascistic but also some communistic regimes. Today, similar birth wars can be found in fundamentalistic states.
To avoid an uncontrolled increase in population sustainable population figures (tolerance densities) have to be determined for all countries in the world.
